In addition, it develops and sells office premises, residential properties and hotel premises in the PRC and Japan; and manages and operates malls in the PRC. The company was formerly known as Suncity Group Holdings Limited and changed its name to LET Group Holdings Limited in August 2022. The company is based in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. LET Group Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Fame Select Limited.
