Albion Development VCT 

Albion Development VCT PLC is a venture capital trust specialized investments in early stage and growth stage investments. The fund provides equity and debt finance to growing unquoted companies across various sectors. The fund invests in technology-orientated companies, service and asset-backed businesses software and computer services, fintech and medical technology sectors. It also invests in freehold-based businesses in the leisure sector, such as pubs and health clubs, as well as in other sectors including business services, renewable energy, education, and healthcare. It does not invest in companies that deal in property or shares and securities,banking, agriculture, and operating or managing hotels or residential care homes. The fund seeks to invest in United Kingdom and invests in shares or securities including loans with a five year or greater maturity period. It may not control a portfolio company. The gross assets of a portfolio company must not exceed £15 million ($17.39 million) immediately prior to the investment and £16 million ($18.55 million) immediately thereafter.
