OAR Resources Limited engages in the exploration and development of battery and critical mineral assets in Australia. It explores for gold, silver, uranium, rare earth elements (REE), and graphite deposits. It also holds interests in the Namibian Uranium Tenements situated in Erongo region of Namibia, Africa; the Oar Graphite project located in Eyre Peninsula, South Australia; and the Douglas Canyon Gold-Silver project in Nevada, the United States. The company was formerly known as Oakdale Resources Limited and changed its name to OAR Resources Limited in December 2020.
