The Crematoria segment offers cremation services, as well as sells memorials and burial plots at the company operated crematoria and cemeteries. The Pre–arranged Funeral Plans segment sells funerals in advance to customers wishing to make their own funeral arrangements. As of December 31, 2021, it owned 776 funeral locations in the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1812 and is headquartered in Sutton Coldfield, the United Kingdom.
