Ncondezi Energy Limited 

Ncondezi Energy Limited, a power development company, focuses on the phased development of integrated coal fired power plant and mine project in Mozambique. It operates through Solar PV & Battery Storage Project; and Power & Mine Project segments. The company develops a 300MW integrated power plant and mine to produce and supply electricity to the Mozambican market. It is also involved in the exploration and development of coal mine. The company owns a 100% interest in the Ncondezi project located in Tete province of northern Mozambique. In addition, it builds and operated solar PV and battery storage solutions for commercial and industrial sectors. The company was formerly known as Ncondezi Coal Company Limited and changed its name to Ncondezi Energy Limited in July 2013. Ncondezi Energy Limited was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Road Town, the British Virgin Islands.
