SNGN Romgaz SA explores for, produces, and supplies natural gas in Romania. It also engages in the geological research for the discovery of natural gas, crude oil, and condensed reserves; trading of mineral resources; underground storage of natural gas; and commissioning, intervention, and repairing of wells equipping the deposits, as well as the natural gas resources extraction wells. In addition, the company involved in the operation of well recompletion, and workover and special wells; electricity production and distribution through hydro, nuclear gas, and renewable sources; and transportation services. It had natural gas production of 4,788.5 million m3; and an installed capacity of 800 MW. SNGN Romgaz SA was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Medias, Romania.
