Fosun Tourism Group, an investment holding company, provides tourism and leisure solutions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific. The company operates through four segments: Club Med and Others; Atlantis Sanya; Vacation Asset Management Center; and Foryou Club and Other Services. The Club Med and Others segment is involved in the Club Med resort operation business; and other relevant business, such as transportation service, resort construction service, youth play, and learning service. The Atlantis Sanya segment engages in the hotel operation services and various supporting tourism and entertainment services in the region. The Vacation Asset Management Center segment engages in the property sales and construction services of Taicang ALPS resort and Lijiang Club Med resort, as well as in the operation of Lijiang Club Med. The Foryou Club and Other services segment provides various tourism and leisure services to support membership system. The company was formerly known as Fosun Tourism and Culture Group (Cayman) Company Limited and changed its name to Fosun Tourism Group in August 2018. Fosun Tourism Group was founded in 2009 and is based in Central, Hong Kong. Fosun Tourism Group is a subsidiary of Fosun International Limited.
