Under normal conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its assets in international equity securities and equity-related instruments. The fund will primarily invest in foreign companies of various market capitalizations, including foreign subsidiaries of U.S. companies. The fund will invest primarily in the securities of large cap market capitalization companies, although the fund may also invest in mid cap securities.
