Coincapital STOXX Blockchain Patents Innovation Index Fund 

The fund seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the iSTOXX® Yewno Developed Markets Blockchain Index (the ?Underlying Index?), net of expenses. The fund directly or indirectly invests in equity securities of companies from a wide range of industries that have been awarded with patents relating to the research and development of technologies related to blockchain. The fund will not change its fundamental investment objective unless the consent of a majority of the fund?s unitholders has been obtained.
