In addition, it holds interest in the Fraser Lake copper project that comprises of three claim blocks covering an area of approximately 9,900 hectares located in the Quesnel Trough of Central British Columbia. The company was formerly known as 66 Resources Corp. and changed its name to Golden Independence Mining Corp. in September 2020. Golden Independence Mining Corp. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
