Established in 1980 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. is an energy company dedicated to exploring and developing unconventional oil and gas resources. Its operations span three continents, with significant holdings in Australia, South Africa, and Hungary. In Australia's Northern Territory, the company holds a 22.5% stake in three exploration permits, covering approximately 1 million net acres within the Beetaloo Sub-basin. Furthermore, Falcon maintains full ownership of a technical cooperation permit in South Africa's southwest Karoo Basin, an area roughly 30,327.9 square kilometers in size. In Europe, it also wholly owns the Makó production license, which encompasses about 994.6 square kilometers in the Makó Trough, situated in southeastern Hungary.
