The Agriculture segment offers soil fertilizers under the 60er Kali, KALISOP, Korn-Kali, Patentkali, ESTA Kieserit, and Magnesia-Kainit names; leaf fertilizers under the EPSO Top, EPSO Microtop, and EPSO Combitop names; fertigation fertilizers under the soluMOP, soluMAP, soluMKP, soluNOP, and soluSOP names; and animal nutrition products, such as lick blocks and feed for pets and livestock. The Industry segment provides potassium chloride, potassium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, sodium chloride, and smelting salts for chemical, consumer goods, and other industries; feed salt, animal feed, salt and mineral licks, and pond salt; salt, and the potassium and magnesium minerals; potassium and magnesium salts for pharmaceuticals; and water softeners, as well as offers waste disposal and underground recovery services. It also trades in various basic chemicals, including caustic soda, nitric acid, sodium carbonate, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride. This segment offers its products under the Alasal, APISAL, AXAL PRO, NUTRIKS, NUTRIKS KaliSel, k-Drill, KaSa, Montanal, MORTON PUREX, MORTON STAR FLAKE DENTRIC SALT, and SOLSEL brand names. The Consumers segment provides salt products, including rock, sea, and evaporated salt under the SALDORO, Cérébos, Vatel, Morton Salt, Windsor Salt, Sal Lobos, and Biosal brands; and water softeners, dishwasher salts, and de-icing salts. The Communities segment offers de-icing salts for roads in cities and communities. The company was founded in 1889 and is based in Kassel, Germany.
