Woodside Energy Group Ltd is an international energy firm that manages the entire lifecycle of hydrocarbon resources. This includes prospecting for new reserves, evaluating their potential, developing production facilities, extracting the resources, and subsequently marketing and selling them across diverse global markets, notably within Oceania, Asia, Canada, and Africa. The company's product portfolio encompasses liquefied natural gas (LNG), conventional pipeline natural gas, condensate, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and crude oil. Woodside Energy maintains strategic investments in a wide array of key projects, including those known as Greater Browse, Greater Sunrise, Greater Pluto, Greater Exmouth, North West Shelf, Wheatstone, Julimar-Brunello, as well as initiatives in Canada, Senegal, Greater Scarborough, and Myanmar. The organization, which was formerly recognized as Woodside Petroleum Ltd, rebranded to Woodside Energy Group Ltd in May 2022. Founded in 1954, its principal corporate offices are located in Perth, Australia.
