Tisdale Clean Energy Corp., a junior exploration company, engages in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties in North America. It has an option to acquire 75% interest in the South Falcon East uranium property comprises various mineral claims covering an area of approximately 12,770 hectares located in Northern Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Tisdale Resources Corp. and changed its name to Tisdale Clean Energy Corp. in June 2022. Tisdale Clean Energy Corp. was incorporated in 1972 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
