The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Advisor intends to invest at least 80% of its assets in common stocks and securities that can be converted into common stocks, such as convertible bonds, convertible preferred stocks, options, and rights. The fund may also invest up to 35% of its assets in preferred stocks and warrants. The fund may invest in securities issued by companies with large, medium, or small capitalization.
