Global Gold Corporation is actively involved in the exploration, development, and mining of gold, silver, and other mineral resources across its operations in Armenia and Chile. The company holds significant interests in several Armenian properties, including Tukhmanuk in the North Central Armenian Belt, Marjan in the southwestern region, and Getik situated in the northeastern part of the country. Incorporated in 1980, the firm was formerly known as Triad Energy Corporation before adopting the Global Gold Corporation name in 1995. Its corporate headquarters are located in Rye, New York.
