Rise Gold Corp., founded in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, conducts exploration for mineral resources throughout the United States. Its primary holding is a complete ownership interest in the Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine property. This significant asset includes about 175 acres of surface land and roughly 2,800 acres of mineral rights, all located within northern California's Grass Valley mining district. The company officially became Rise Gold Corp. in April 2017, having previously been known as Rise Resources Inc.
