Value Line Core Bond Fund 

In accordance with its "80% Policy," this fund commits a minimum of four-fifths of its total capital, including any assets acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, to a range of fixed-income instruments, such as bonds and other forms of debt. Its primary investment focus is on debt obligations that are either issued or backed by the United States government, as well as corporate debt from U.S.-based companies. The fund's holdings of U.S. government securities are varied, encompassing different types of instruments whose principal and interest payments are guaranteed directly by the U.S. government or by various agencies and instrumentalities that it has established or sponsored.
