Under typical market conditions, the fund commits at least 40% of its net assets—a figure that also encompasses any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes—to organizations primarily based, incorporated, or conducting substantial business activities outside of the United States. This allocation includes any investments offering indirect exposure to such foreign entities. Additionally, the fund's holdings will include companies, or investments providing exposure to companies, that are established, situated, or generate significant revenue in at least three different nations, with the United States always being one of them.
