The fund's management team primarily seeks investment opportunities in the equity securities of companies located outside the United States. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, including any funds acquired through leverage for investment purposes, will be allocated to shares of non-U.S. businesses. However, investments in companies within emerging markets will be capped at 15% of its net assets. While the portfolio may include stocks from companies of any size, the focus is generally directed towards larger corporations. The investment selection process itself maintains a neutral stance, avoiding an explicit bias towards either growth-oriented or value-oriented stocks.
