If Rogaland is sold, and I think the probability of that happening is high, the price target range will be NOK 115-125. Hence,current price of NOK 68 is a steal. The board has recommended payment of an extraordinary dividend. The amount is not yet known. Speculations range from NOK 30-45. The GM will decide on this after settlement of the Cermaq deal is done. Expect late November.
