The Innovator Emerging Markets Power Buffer ETF (EAPR) is constructed to replicate the performance of the iShares MSCI EM ETF (EEM). However, its upside potential is constrained by a predetermined maximum return, or "cap." On the downside, it offers investors protection against the first 15% of any negative returns experienced by the EEM during a defined "outcome period." This ETF is suitable for long-term holding, with its specific cap and buffer parameters resetting approximately once a year, at the conclusion of each outcome period.
