Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt 

The Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF (PCY) is designed to replicate the performance of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index. This fund typically allocates at least 80% of its total assets to the securities that make up this underlying benchmark. The index itself represents a hypothetical portfolio of highly liquid, US dollar-denominated government bonds, which are issued by over 20 developing nations. The specific countries included in the index are determined annually using an exclusive, predefined methodology. Both the ETF and its corresponding index undergo a quarterly rebalancing and reconstitution process.
