The Invesco S&P SmallCap Financials ETF (PSCF) is designed to mirror the performance of its underlying benchmark, the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Financials & Real Estate Index. Typically, the ETF allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the constituent securities of this index. These holdings primarily consist of shares from small-capitalization U.S. financial service firms, and may also include Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The objective of this specialized Index is to measure the collective performance of common equities issued by American companies in the financial services sector. These businesses are largely involved in providing a variety of services and products, encompassing banking activities, investment solutions, insurance provisions, and real estate finance. This financial sector index itself is a segment of the broader S&P SmallCap 600 Index, which offers a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted representation of the U.S. small-capitalization equity market. Both the Fund's investment portfolio and its benchmark index undergo a process of rebalancing and reconstitution on a quarterly basis.
