Altegris/AACA Opportunistic Real Estate Fund Institutional Class 

The fund endeavors to deliver comprehensive total returns, derived from both long-term capital growth and recurring income. It executes this strategy by strategically investing, through both long and short positions, in the equity securities of companies engaged in the real estate sector or activities closely tied to it. Under standard operating conditions, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its overall assets (defined as net assets plus any funds borrowed for investment) to these equity holdings in real estate-centric enterprises. This investment vehicle is designated as non-diversified.
