This State Street SPDR Portfolio Long Term Corporate Bond ETF endeavors to mirror the investment performance, encompassing both price and yield, of the Bloomberg Long U.S. Corporate Index, prior to the deduction of its fees and expenses. As part of the economical core State Street SPDR Portfolio ETF lineup, it serves as a foundational building block for constructing broadly diversified portfolios across key asset classes. This low-cost exchange-traded fund is structured to provide accurate and comprehensive access to U.S. corporate bonds with maturities of ten years or greater. The underlying Index includes fixed-rate, taxable, U.S. dollar-denominated debt instruments of investment-grade quality, each having a minimum of $300 million in par value outstanding. The Index is weighted by market capitalization and undergoes reconstitution on the final business day of each month.
