Typically, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its overall assets to equity holdings of companies with smaller market capitalizations. These companies must also satisfy the adviser's established environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. For the purposes of this investment strategy, "assets" refers to the fund's net assets combined with any capital borrowed for investment purposes. A company is classified as "small cap" if its market capitalization falls within the range of companies included in the Russell 2000® Index at the time the investment is made.
