The fund is an actively managed ETF. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to meet its investment objective by primarily investing its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in the equity securities of large- and mid- capitalization companies domiciled in the U.S. and/or principally traded in U.S. securities market that meet its pro-life social criteria. It uses a fundamental security analysis and proprietary social scoring system to select the equity securities.
