From the Feb 21st earnings call.. “The Board will meet later this quarter to discuss the dividend. The Board's policy on the dividend remains unchanged. As has always been the case, the Board will review all aspects of the company, including items such as FFO payout ratios, REIT requirements and liquidity.”. so the time should be soon I would suspect to provide and update as they suspended guidance for the year based on all the turmoil.
