I have schd I put a small amount into every week for my son. He is 7yo and this divie will be $35. Hopefully investing/reinvesting into it for a long time will build up for him!

i don't think there is a set status, but personally I would consider it to be around when one div payout is equal to or greater than one share

This is wrong. Their dividend hasn't been announced yet. SCHD's distribution schedule says 6/26 is the ex date & the payment date is 7/1.

I see some sites saying a $0.8241 payout in July. Stay tuned.
