
NESF just recently increased their dividend so hopefully no surprises on the earnings front. Personally still think this stock is significantly undervalued and definitely should be above £1 a share. But whilst it is below the yield is great so will keep buying more.

not terrible results. capital recycling programme covers that buyback… allows for up to £20m buyback. not huge but the max amount would be about 4.5% of the current market cap.. hopefully helps to stop the slide in SP
