Guess who does deny we are in a bubble? Who invests and is afraid. Of course this is so dangerous that government and financial institutions will do anything to avoid it. But that's not the point: The point is to admit that economy is f*c*ed and the system is rigged. I understand you are too egocentric that you care only for your portfolio to keep growing but thinking only about the bubble as a stock crash is superficial: What I wanna talk about is how ignorant retail investors are and how arrogant financial institutions are. I wanna talk about how bubble after bubble we learn nothing. I wanna talk about how if a bubble does not burst it does not mean it was never there: Government could be successful at deflating it. But even avoiding this bubble to burst, I do not think this system will avoid a big crash for a lot as soon as americans retail investors will have thanks to internet the same acknowledging of europeans or even chinese to acknowledge the flaws of this corrupted system where none cares about the real economy as long as investors are too greedy or afraid to admit they may be wrong. It's not only about your portfolio returns: It's about our future. In the last 50years we were so focused on stocks that we gave our economy away. Now everyone buys from China EVERYTHING. We gave them so much power that the only reason they do not f**k us all is because USA has a too good defensive geography and they do not need Europe and the rest of the world is already -Thanks to us western egocentrism- their ally. It's up to us to change everything. Blaming someone else is demagogy. We did this. Our parents did this. Our silence did this. What do your family and friends do to fight for a better economy? What Luigi did was good but not remotely enough. Even 1000 Luigis wouldn't be enough: BECAUSE billionaires are not the only ones to blame. It's our fault too. (For example) "Oil companies are bad!" Who buys their oil? Your friends who hates public transportation or is too lazy to use a bike! Have you ever told anything to them? The same with the government: They gave us democracy to control us but we made it easier; it's our fault if democracy nowadays means nothing; half of the population doesn't vote, half of who votes do it uninformed or disinterested. What do you do when your parents vote uninformed? What do you say to the friend who doesn't vote? What do you tell to the guy who comments saying "When the country was led by the left/right" without acknowledging that the system is corrupted and they will always be the same until the population will not care enough to fight!? The same applies with everything. We know only to complain without doing anything concrete. AI companies are bad: They will eliminate a lot of jobs and careers! They'll consume a lot of energy and it will cost a lot more and it will pollute a lot! And yet too many ignorant have been hailing it for years because we are lazy and it's convenient: It's up to us to fight climate change deniers eccetera. Saying otherwise is convenient because it will make you feel free and unguilty but, when you hear it, it's just demagogy from people to get new followers that wanna feel validated in doing nothing but blaming billionaires. Taxing billionaires will not stop companies by polluting if your friends and family keeps buying new stuff any time they need anything(People buying from amazon or temu every week? People buying the new phone just to be cool even if theirs still works!?) or if they use car every time they need to move just because it makes them feel free(They are brainwashed by Hollywood sadly). Who likes what I am saying is victim of propaganda too if they think JUST recycling will save anything. Once something is created you've already polluted: We gotta maximise the use of what we buy, re-using comes before recycling. We shall taxing billionaires more! Yes! But then what? They'll go away. First of all we gotta fight together to make ONU stronger so that billionaires will have nowhere to hide their money: This would help the capitalism system that I do not dislike because big corporations wouldn't have way to hire people oversee at a lower salary and there would be more work for us(Even if we like buying things from China and Vietnam, it is also our fault because we never demand a pay rise necessary to pay for things not build by kids or the like...and it is also fault of a system with inflation) There is a lot more to talk about... There are too many out there wanting too much welfare and as many not wanting it at all. There are too many out there glorifying unproductive ignorant soldiers that go to war just to benefit big corporates while wasting tax paid military budget: Of course I am sorry for their traumas but they shall learn more about the history and the wars they want to fight so that maybe they will stop their nonsense racism and they will realise that we are no less imperialist than Russia and China. There is a lot more to talk about...but we gotta start talking about anything first. Remember that everything is up to us: start talking with your friends and family, make them outraged, start fighting.
