Expanded multi-year partnership with Meta to supply Instinct GPUs scaling to 6 gigawatts starting second half of 2026

AMD announced an expanded partnership with Meta to supply Instinct GPUs based on MI450 architecture and 6th Gen AMD EPYC CPUs. This partnership will scale to 6 gigawatts starting in the second half of 2026, with the first 1-gigawatt deployment set to begin then. Meta will also receive a warrant for up to 160 million AMD shares based on shipment milestones, which is expected to drive multi-year revenue growth for AMD.
