Alligator Bioscience AB (publ) is a research-intensive biotechnology company based in Lund, Sweden, focused on developing innovative antibody-based treatments for cancer. The company leverages several proprietary technology platforms to drive its drug development. These include ALLIGATOR-GOLD and ALLIGATOR-FAB, an extensive human antibody library boasting roughly 60 billion distinct antibody fragments; FIND, a molecular evolution technique used for optimizing antibodies and other proteins; and RUBY, a specialized format for creating bispecific antibodies. Alligator Bioscience's pipeline features several promising candidates. In the clinical stage, Mitazalimab, an immunostimulatory CD40 antibody, has successfully completed Phase I trials for metastatic cancer.
