9-10 $ ok 😃👍🤜one day will turn back however I learned that share market in general not to deposit full fund one time … ie if you have 50k $ invest 1000-2000 monthly ( dollar cost ave) … …conditionly to buy when down and not up . that’s how it work . my ave. previously 13.5. now it’s 11.2 .👈
ohhhhh, they reduced at Q2 to 50% from 0.4 to 0.2 and 30% tax to be deducted the net coming now nearly 11% yearly Yeild is it true or ? hope will not go down more than 10%
it will bounce back once allthe short term holders have exited, dont know how long it will take at least theyve realised dividend has to be covered by NII. it should improve Nav in medium term

I really don't know but the first quarter of 2026 is fixed and will be $0.40. After that I hope they are able to continue but I'm afraid it could be the same scenario as MPW in the past...

Hiya, could you tell me where you got the info from for the confirmed 2026 Q1 payout please? This would be a pretty useful skill for me to pick up! 😊

This robust performance provides the high-yield investment vehicle with positive momentum heading into the new calendar year. The primary appeal for income-focused shareholders remains the company's substantial distribution schedule. Oxford Lane Capital has declared monthly dividends for the first quarter of 2026. Hiya, what is your feeling about PSEC (Prospect Capital)? Do you think that`s a good dividend stock for the long term?

Mmm... I'm long-term bearish on PSEC and I'm waiting for a moment to sell the rest of my holdings. I had about 1400 shares since July/2024 with an ASP of £3.8.. I bought another 1000 shares in Feb for £1.90 and brought my total ASP down to about £2.9. Then I sold 2000 shares about a week later for £2.23, leaving me with about 400 shares now. Rightly or wrongly, because of my sell-off, I've already realised a loss of about £1.4k, and dividend income has only been about £750 total. I'd need the share price to increase to at least £5 to break even (if I factor in the dividends already received), or £7 if I don't factor in the dividends. Last time PSEC broke £5 was waaay back in September 2024, and it's a looong way off from it right now lol 😒. I made the decision to sell based on my non-confidence of PSEC (and even if it did eventually get up to £5, I'd hope to perform better elsewhere with the capital instead, Godwilling...) From a techy perspective, their price just looks pretty flat/flattening based on their MACD over several time periods, and I can't really pick out a support line with much confidence 🥸. From a macro perspective, I feel like everything is becoming too expensive/volatile to engage in meaningful business development and credit risk of SMEs is higher in the current climate. I've just got that feeling of "I'd rather put my money on something safe and boring than a frisky new startup" 😅. Obviously the NAV erosion is a big 🚩. (Sorry, I should've just lead with that.)
