For the semiconductor industry, the Semiconductor Instruments & Systems division delivers vital tools such as mass flow controllers, chemical concentration monitors, reticle/mask particle detection systems, residual gas analyzers, and vaporizers. Finally, the Scientific segment offers sophisticated analytical instruments catering to diverse research and laboratory applications. Its products include Raman, X-Ray fluorescence, and fluorescence spectrometers, pH meters, particle-size distribution analyzers, elemental analyzers, optical components, and gratings. HORIBA's broad product portfolio finds application across numerous sectors globally.
