AdvisorOne CLS Global Aggressive Equity Fund Class N 

The CLS Global Aggressive Equity Fund primarily seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. It predominantly invests in various types of pooled investment vehicles, specifically exchange-traded funds (ETFs), other open-end mutual funds, and closed-end funds. These underlying funds pursue growth by acquiring common equities or securities that are convertible into, or exchangeable for, common stock (such as convertible preferred stock, convertible debentures, or warrants). This also encompasses shares issued by foreign companies. Typically, under standard market conditions, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to equity securities. This asset calculation includes both net assets and any capital borrowed for investment purposes.
