Cue Biopharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops a novel class of injectable therapeutics to selectively engage and modulate targeted, disease relevant T cells in the United States. Its lead drug product candidate is the CUE-401, a novel approach to induce and expand antigen specific Tregs for regulating disease causing autoreactive Teff cells which is in preclinical trial; and CUE-501, a treatment of autoimmune disease via anti-viral T cell-mediated depletion of B cells. It has collaboration agreements with LG Chem, Ltd. for the development of CUE-101 and CUE-102 Immuno-STATs; collaboration and option agreement with Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to development and commercialization rights for CUE-401; and license agreement with Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The company was formerly known as Imagen Biopharma, Inc. and changed its name to Cue Biopharma, Inc. in October 2016.
