Under typical market conditions, this fund is committed to investing a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any capital borrowed for investment purposes) into a varied portfolio of equity securities, in accordance with its "80% Policy." Its primary focus is on common stocks issued by companies headquartered in developed nations outside of the United States, specifically those represented within the MSCI Europe, Australasia, Far East (MSCI EAFE) Index.
