AXS Alternative Growth Fund Class I 

The AXS Alternative Growth Fund Class I endeavors to achieve its financial objectives through the application of a two-pronged investment framework: an Equity Strategy and an Overlay Strategy. The Equity Strategy is focused on delivering returns that are aligned with a benchmark index. Meanwhile, the Overlay Strategy is implemented to augment these equity-derived gains with income streams that exhibit either no correlation or inverse correlation to the market. This integrated design is intended to produce a holistic portfolio whose overall performance and risk characteristics are consistent with the reference index.
