This fund aims to achieve significant capital appreciation over an extended period. Its primary holdings are typically common equities. A substantial portion, specifically at least 80%, of its portfolio is usually dedicated to securities of large-capitalization companies. For this fund's purposes, large-cap firms are those comparable in market value to constituents of the Russell 1000® or S&P 500® Indices. The fund's investments span both U.S. and international companies, and management employs a flexible approach, allocating capital to either growth-oriented or value-oriented stocks, or a combination of both styles.
