Firetail Resources Limited engages in the acquisition and exploration of resource projects in Australia, Peru, and Canada. It explores for copper, zinc, rubidium, lithium, gold, silver, nickel, cobalt, and manganese. The company holds 100% interests in the Yalgoo and Dalgaranga lithium project covering an area of approximately 1,750 square kilometers located in the Murchison region of Western Australia; the Paterson copper-gold project comprising five granted tenements covering an area of approximately 1,000 square kilometers located in the Paterson Province; and the Mt Slopeaway nickel-cobalt-manganese project located in central Queensland. It also holds interest in the Picha Copper project comprises of 27 mining concessions covering an area of around 200 square kilometers located in the Moquegua and Puno Departments of southern Peru; and the Charaque Copper project comprising of eight claims covering an area of around 60 square kilometers located near the Picha project. In addition, the company has an option agreement to acquire 80% interest in the York Harbour project that consists of six mineral licenses and 189 mineral claims totaling an area of approximately 4,725 hectares located in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Firetail Resources Limited was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Subiaco, Australia.
