Delaware Smid Cap Growth Fund Class A (Delaware SMID Cap Growth Fund) 

This fund's main objective is to achieve substantial long-term growth for its investors. It primarily invests in common stocks of companies focused on expansion, specifically those the manager believes possess significant potential for capital appreciation over time and are expected to grow at a faster rate than the U.S. economy. A fundamental policy dictates that, in ordinary market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's total assets, including any borrowed funds used for investment, will be allocated to the equity shares of small and mid-sized companies.
