Ferrum S.A. engages in manufacture and sale of pipes for transmission media in Poland. It offers high frequency welded-induction steel pipes; square, rectangular, and circular hollow sections; and helically and longitudinally submerged arc-welded steel pipes. The company also provides extruded three-layer polyethylene and polypropylene coatings on steel pipes; internal protective cement lining for steel pipes and fittings; and internal epoxy lining for steel pipes. Its pipes are used in heating, gas, and water and sewages systems, as well as in construction applications. The company was formerly known as Huta Ferrum S.A. and changed its name to Ferrum S.A. in 2004. Ferrum S.A. was founded in 1874 and is headquartered in Katowice, Poland.
