It holds 100% interest in the Vasyschevskoye field located in the Kharkiv region; and the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi exploration license located in Poltava region of north-eastern Ukraine. The company was formerly known as Regal Petroleum plc and changed its name to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020. Enwell Energy plc was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. Enwell Energy plc operates as a subsidiary of Pelidona Services Limited.
