West Loop Realty Fund 

This investment fund aims to generate current income and foster long-term growth for its capital. To achieve these objectives, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any funds acquired through borrowing) to income-producing equity instruments. These instruments encompass common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights, and warrants, all issued by publicly traded companies operating within the real estate sector, particularly Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Furthermore, up to 20% of its total assets (again, including borrowed capital) may be invested in securities from foreign issuers, provided these international holdings meet the same investment criteria as their domestic counterparts. The fund is classified as non-diversified.
