This segment also develops and maintains cocoa, coconut, agroforestry, and tea plantations, as well as other businesses. The Edible Oil and Fats segment produces, markets, and sells edible oils, margarines, shortening, fats, and other related products. The company is also involved in the oil palm seed breeding activities; investment and management, and technical services; transportation services; bulking station business; trading and marketing services; and artificial primary macronutrients mix fertilizers. In addition, it invests in agricultural technology and cultivation business; and engages in the agriculture, forestry, fishery, research, industrial and agency/representative, and house prefabrication activities. The company offers its products under the Bimoli, Bimoli Spesial, Happy, Amanda, Delima, Malinda, Palmia, Simas, and Royal Palmia brands. PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk was formerly known as PT Ivomas Pratama and changed its name to PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk in February 1994.
