Operating as a fund-of-funds, this investment vehicle primarily channels its capital into underlying funds, which encompass no-load and load-waived mutual funds, as well as exchange-traded funds (ETFs). These underlying funds, in turn, principally hold individual securities such as common equities and both corporate and government debt instruments. The majority of the fund's assets will be directed towards underlying bond funds, characterized by diverse maturities, credit ratings (including high-yield or "junk bonds"), and geographical exposure. The fund maintains unlimited discretion to acquire shares of underlying funds focused on domestic and international corporate or sovereign bonds.
