Janus Henderson Asia Equity Fund Class N Shares 

The fund aims to fulfill its investment objectives by allocating at least 80% of its overall value (which includes both net assets and any capital borrowed for investment purposes) to the equity shares of companies situated in Asia, explicitly excluding Japanese issuers. A company is generally recognized as an "Asian issuer" for this fund if it satisfies any of these criteria: it is legally registered or primarily operates within an Asian country; its securities are predominantly traded on an Asian stock exchange; or it generates 50% or more of its revenue from, or possesses 50% or more of its assets in, one or more Asian nations.
