The Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF (NOCT) is designed to mirror the market performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ). It achieves this with a maximum upside potential, defined by a predetermined cap, but simultaneously provides a protective cushion against the initial 15% of any downward market movement over its specific outcome period. These parameters – both the cap and the buffer – are calculated prior to the deduction of any fees and operational expenses. Investors have the flexibility to hold this ETF for an indefinite period, as its terms are renewed, or 'reset,' roughly once a year at the completion of each investment cycle.
